What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our facility and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Install, relocate, and set up manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical schematics
- Perform electrical wiring and equipment installations in industrial environments
- Repair plumbing and facility systems as needed
- Identify and correct safety concerns
- Perform welding, cutting, brazing, and soldering projects
- Operate machine shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and milling machines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and RCI events
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas using 5S principles
- Utilize computer systems to access technical information and documents
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Experience operating CNC or other specialized manufacturing equipment
- Drug Screen and Physical
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronics Engineering, or a related field OR
- Five or more years of industrial electrical/electronic maintenance experience
Experience with:
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Industrial troubleshooting and mechanical repair
- PLCs and motor controls
- Industrial/commercial electrical systems
- 480V three-phase power systems
- Electrical testing equipment and multimeters
