Job Description

Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides various administrative and front desk duties such as greeting customers, filing, typing memos and letters, data entry, mailings, answering and directing calls, etc
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing or payment inquiries
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, resolve discrepancies
  • Expedite delayed orders, handle returns, replacements, and credit arrangements
  • Maintain and update supplier information, including contact details
  • Responsible for the preparation of department specific documentation such as work orders, invoices, certifications, customer orders, etc.
  • Generates, updates and maintains various reports, databases and templates
  • All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years administrative experience required
  • Current valid Driver’s License
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Accounting experience
  • Purchasing experience helpful
  • PC skills including Microsoft using spreadsheets, word processing and other office management applications required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision

Pay Transparency

Pay range: $38,000 to $42,000. We are committed to fair and competitive pay for all associates based on their experience, education, and qualifications.

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.
