Our auction subsidiary, JJ Kane, currently has an opening for a Customer Solutions Manager – West Cost working from our offices in one of the following locations, Dixon or Riverside, CA St. Joe, MO or Phoenix, AZ. The Customer Solutions Manager is a role responsible for managing a team that handles customer relationships and driving the highest level of satisfaction. This position requires a combination of exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver solutions that align with both cCuustomer goals and the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management:
-
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
- Understand the customer's business objectives and align company solutions to address their needs effectively.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
-
- Collaborate with other departments to gather customer feedback and insights and use this information to enhance service offerings and processes.
- Identify areas of improvement in the customer journey and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Strategic Solutions Delivery:
-
- Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for value-added services and solutions.
- Develop and present customized proposals, addressing customer pain points and delivering strategic recommendations.
Performance Measurement:
-
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
-
- Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide insights to inform product enhancements and feature development based on customer feedback.
Business Development:

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer relationships.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience with at least five years of management experience.
- Demonstrated competency in the understanding of customer requirements; fosters a work environment where associates work together to efficiently produce quality products in a manner consistent with corporate policies and procedures. Excellent communication, coaching, mentoring, relationship, management, and organization skills required.
